Ingredients   Instructions
1 tsp(s) Salt
1.5 tsp(s) Baking Soda
1.5 tsp(s) Baking Powder
.75 cup(s) Cocoa
2 cup(s) Sugar
1.75 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients.
.5 cup(s) Vegetable Oil
1 cup(s) Milk
2 Eggs
2. Add remaining ingredients. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
1 cup(s) Boiling Water
3. Add boiling water. The batter will be thin.
  4. Fill 24 cupcake pans approximately two-thirds full. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost.
