This Italian specialty can be used in a wide variety of meals. Keep plenty on-hand to add to sauces, pasta dishes and pizza.

Lay out squares of plastic wrap, spoon the pesto from the food processor onto the plastic wrap. Seal tightly and store in a container or freezer bag in your freezer.

Ingredients   Instructions
3 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 cup(s) Pine Nuts
2 oz. Course Parmesian cheese
1 tsp(s) Salt
1/2 tsp(s) Pepper
3 cup(s) Fresh basil
2/3 cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil
1. Place all ingredients in your food processor. Pulse until ingredients are well-chopped then blend for approximately one minute.
  2. To control the consistency of your pesto add more or less olive oil.
