Ingredients   Instructions
3 cup(s) Low Fat Sour Cream, Drained in Coffee Filter Lined Strainer
.5 cup(s) Agave
1. Place the drained sour cream in a large bowl and add the agave. Mix well. Let chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
1 Pineapple (About 1/2 Lb)
2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Halve the pineapple lengthwise, and slice lengthwise into 12 wedges.
.25 cup(s) Packed Brown Sugar
.25 cup(s) Dark Spiced Rum
3. Combine sugar and rum in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 ½ minutes or until sugar dissolves. Brush rum mixture evenly over pineapple wedges.
  4. Place the glazed pineapple wedges on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Roast pineapple in oven for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
2 Tbsp(s) Sweetened Flaked Coconut Toasted
5. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with agave sour cream
