Smoked Salmon Spread

|1 lb(s) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp(s) heavy cream, more if necessary
2 Tbsp(s) fresh chives
1 Tbsp(s) lemon juice
2 Tbsp(s) red onion, minced
5 oz. smoked salmon
2 Tbsp(s) Salt Sisters Mojo seasoning
|1.||Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 10-12 times to combine. Do not over process; you want to keep some texture to the salmon. Place the mixture in a pastry bag with a large tip and pipe about 1 teaspoon on top of mini-toasts or crackers.|
