Grilled pizza is a wonderful, healthy meal without heating up your kitchen. The toppings listed below are only suggestions, use the fresh garden vegetables that you have available.

Ingredients   Instructions
1 can(s) Artichokes
1 can(s) Black olives
1 Grilled Vegetables
1. Cut the vegetables, black olives and artichokes into thin slices.
1 Pizza Dough
2. Roll out the pizza dough. Preheat the grill on high. Lightly coat one side of the dough with olive oil and place on the grill with oiled side down on high for 3 minutes.
1 can(s) Artichokes
1 can(s) Black olives
1 Grilled Vegetables
1 Pesto
1/2 cup(s) Olive Oil
3. Remove the dough from the grill and lightly coat the uncooked side with olive oil. Spread the pesto on the cooked side of the dough and place the toppings.
  4. Return the dough to the grill for 3 minutes on high.
