Marcia brought us this delicious cookie recipe from her friend who owns Daily’s Catering in East Aurora, NY.

We baked these on pizza stones and they disappeared platter by platter!

This recipe will make approximately 100 medium-size cookies.

Ingredients   Instructions
15 oz. Whole Milk Ricotta
1.25 cup(s) Margarine
1. Blend margarine and ricotta together.
2 Large Eggs
2.5 cup(s) Sugar
2. Add sugar, mix until smooth and then add eggs.
2 tsp(s) Vanilla
2 tsp(s) Salt
2.25 tsp(s) Baking Powder
4.75 cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to the batter. Add the vanilla.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot pizza stone. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes.
1 Orange Zest
3 Tbsp(s) Orange Juice
1.5 cup(s) Powdered Sugar
5. Glaze - mix powdered sugar, orange juice and orange zest.
  6. Drizzle on cookies while cookies are still warm.
