1.2 litre Steam Pudding Mold

This Patisse mold for steaming plum pudding is construsted of tin-plated steel for even heat distribution. It has a center tube to help your pudding bake better and ribbed sides and bottom for shaping. This pan will hold 1.2 liters and measures 6-1/2" in diameter x 4.5" tall. Lid with clamp for better seal. Hand washing recommended.
