Ceramic Pie Weights

Pie weights are used to prevent pie shells from blistering and shrinking while they bake.  Mrs. Anderson's ceramic pie weights conduct heat evenly and are also easy to clean!  For added convenience, the packaging becomes a storage container for the weights. These are safe in conventional and microwave ovens.
