11" Grill Pan

The large (11" x 11") shallow grill has deep and wide ridges prevent food contact from grease and fats below for healthier cooking.

Swiss Diamond cookware features a patented diamond reinforced non-stick cooking surface using real diamond crystals in a nano-composite. This unique non-stick cooking surface makes for unequal food release and easy effortless clean-up plus, will not peel, crack or blister.

The pans' thick pressure cast aluminum construction provides for perfect uniform heat distribution with no hot spots and will not warp. All Swiss Diamond cookware has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas and electric cook tops (Swiss Diamond induction pans sold separately).

The ergonomically designed handles will stay cool up to 500°F. PFOA Free. Swiss Diamond is metal utensil and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended.
