This De Buyer blue steel crepe pan is made in France from 2mm thick steel that is perfect for even cooking over a direct flame. It is what professionals use to properly cook crepes, pancakes and other items. Carbon steel pans must be seasoned before use and hand washed. They become naturally non-stick over time from repeated use. 8" diameter.
