The mill is made of finely crafted beech wood and is then given a smooth lacquer in a rich chocolate finish that shows the natural grain of the wood. The mill features an adjustable knob on top which enables you to choose your grind from fine to coarse. It also features a grinding mechanism that cracks the peppercorns before they're ground, giving you the freshest, most flavorful pepper possible. The knob is labeled P for pepper and has a manufacturer lifetime warranty. Measures 9" H.
