 Chef Tim Meaney  

Chef Meaney, a CIA graduate, uses local farmers as much as possible to ensure his dishes are made with only the finest and freshest ingredients. He began building Beekman Street Bistro in 2003, and as the Chef/Owner of the acclaimed restaurant, he practices the philosophy of "farm to table," which emphasizes the finest seasonal ingredients available. Beekman Street Bistro is known for its gourmet dishes serving local fare in a small cozy spot in the arts district of Beekman Street.
