|1 Tbsp(s) molasses
4 oz. fresh ginger, sliced into rounds
.5 tsp(s) clove
1 tsp(s) cinnamon
1 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) dark brown sugar
|1.||Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes, cover and steep until the mixture is a room temperature. Strain into a clean container and store covered|
