Shipping Policy

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased items, transportation and related overhead.

Standard Shipping and Processing

• Most items are shipped from our Spoon & Whisk store by UPS to arrive within five to ten business days of our receiving your order.
• Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery may take longer.
• Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the manufacturer arrive within one to two weeks.
• Your shipping charges will be calculated and applied during the checkout process based on your zip code and the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed separately before you confirm your order.
• Out of New York state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7% sales tax.
