Shipping Policy

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased items, transportation and related overhead.

Standard Shipping and Processing

• Most items are shipped from our Spoon & Whisk store by UPS to arrive within five to ten business days of our receiving your order.
• Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and delivery may take longer.
• Items drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer will arrive within one to two weeks.
• Your shipping charges will be calculated and applied during the checkout process based on your zip code, the weight of your order and the shipping method that you have selected.
• Shipping charges will be displayed separately before you confirm your order.
• You will receive an email notification when your order ships that contains your order tracking number.
• Out of New York state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7% sales tax.
